Dear Innovators,

we presented our missions to you, answered many questions and published our call for tenders. Now it's your turn to submit your application!

Here is the link to the portal. Unfortunately, the procedure is not completely intuitive, so we have posted instructions on our website: Click here for instructions.

You may receive a notification every now and then that there are new documents for the tender. This is because we answer all questions that reach us in the application process, visible to everyone in the procurement platform. This way, everyone has the same information and it remains fair. The questions are updated on an ongoing basis and you can find all the anwers on the procurement platform in the section “Documents” under “Post-writings”.

If a question has not yet been asked, please ask them on our procurement platform in the section ”Messages”! We will update the FAQ continuously. The question period ends on 31.07.23 at 11:00. Unfortunately, we can no longer answer questions received after this date for reasons of procurement law.

Please note that the application deadline is 07.08.2023 at 10:00 am (in the morning!). Make sure you submit your application in time to not miss your chance to participate in the Innovation Challenge.

After the deadline, we will sift through all submissions and check applicants for eligibility. If you pass the suitability test, you will receive an invitation to submit your proposal. The next step is to present your product or solution.

Liebe Innovatoren, 

wir haben Euch unsere Missionen vorgestellt, viele Fragen beantwortet und unsere Ausschreibung veröffentlicht. Nun ist es an Euch, Eure Bewerbung abzugeben!

Hier ist nochmal der Link zum Vergabeportal. Da das Portal leider nicht ganz selbsterklärend ist, haben wir eine Anleitung auf unserer Website hinterlegt: Hier geht es zu Anleitung.

Vielleicht erhaltet ihr hin und wieder eine Benachrichtigung, dass es neue Unterlagen zur Ausschreibung gibt. Das liegt daran, dass wir alle Fragen, die uns im Bewerbungsprozess erreichen, für alle sichtbar im Vergabeportal beantworten. So hat jeder die gleichen Infos und es bleibt für alle fair. Die Bieterfragen werden laufend fortgeschrieben. Die Antworten auf alle Fragen findet ihr auf der Vergabeplattform unter der Rubrik “Unterlagen” unter “Nachschreiben”.

Sollte eine Frage noch nicht gestellt worden sein, stellt uns bitte eure Fragen direkt in der Vergabeplattform in der Kategorie “Nachrichten”. Wir ergänzen die FAQ fortlaufend. Die Fragefrist endet am 31.07.23 um 11:00. Fragen die danach eingehen, können wir leider aus vergaberechtlichen Gründen nicht mehr beantworten. 

Bitte beachtet, dass die Bewerbungsfrist am 07.08.2023 um 10:00 Uhr endet (vormittags!). Stellt sicher, dass ihr Eure Bewerbung rechtzeitig einreicht, um die Chance auf eine Teilnahme an der Innovation Challenge nicht zu verpassen.

Nach Fristende sichten wir alle Eingaben und prüfen die Bewerber auf Eignung. Wenn ihr die Eignungsprüfung bestanden habt, bekommt ihr eine Einladung zur Angebotsabgabe. Der nächste Schritt ist dann die Produkt- bzw. Lösungsvorstellung.
